Wedgewood Residents

All “resident related” documents have been moved to the ASSOCIA TownSq website at https://app.townsq.io. You will need to establish a login on the TownSq website if you have not done so already.

To establish a login you will need a valid email address and your ASSOCIA account number. If you do not know your account number, you can contact ASSOCIA/RPM at 888-612-2299 or at customerservice@rpmanagement.com.

• HOA Policies & Procedures

• Design Guide and Alteration Applications

• Misc. Forms

• Announcements

• Community Financials

Remember any changes to your landscaping or the exterior of your home may require an Alteration Application. The Alteration Applications Instructions, the Wedgewood HOA and Homeowners Handbook and forms can be found under the Documents / Design Guide and Alteration Applications folder. A fee may apply and please allow a minimum of 30 days for a review. When submitting an Alteration Application, please follow the directions and requirements.
